The Role
I'm actively working with their custom home division to find a proven superintendent that can build luxury custom homes in Miami. What's key about this role is that you have a project list of multiple ground up projects as the lead superintendent or as a strong number two superintendent.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for custom home projects valued from $10 Million to $130 Million
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure quality and schedule adherence
- Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure all work meets or exceeds architectural and design specifications
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction
- Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end custom homes construction, with at least 5 years as a superintendent on projects over $1,000 per SQFT
- Proven track record managing complex, architecturally significant custom homes
- Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision
- Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software
- Strong references from past clients, architects, and trades
Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
