As a Superintendent II you will oversee full-cycle construction of 15,000- 30,000 sq. ft. custom homes, valued up TO $50M
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience managing luxury custom home builds $15m
- Expertise in construction methods, codes, and residential systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required)
Responsibilities:
- Lead site operations from groundbreaking through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure code compliance
- Manage reporting, inspections, and field issue resolution
- Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality
