Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
- Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings.
- Updating the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and design teams.
- Attending owner meetings and help drive closeout efforts.
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent Should Have
- 4 years of Superintendent experience - leading projects from start to completion
- Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $10M (any sector).
- MA CSL (REQUIRED)
- Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills time management
The Superintendent Will Receive
- Competitive base salary up to $175,000 (depending on previous experience)
