Job Description
The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of site development projects, from project startup through completion and closeout.
- Coordinate project startup activities, including submittals, utility coordination, permitting support, and safety documentation.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents to address field challenges, maintain schedules, and ensure successful project execution.
- Develop, track, negotiate, and manage change orders while maintaining accurate project records.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate activities among clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Oversee project billing, forecasting, cost tracking, and overall financial performance.
- Procure materials and coordinate with estimating teams to ensure accurate quantities and timely delivery.
- Monitor production metrics and project performance to achieve productivity and operational goals.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing proposals for change orders and additional work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
The Successful Applicant
The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule Should Have
- 5 years of experience in site development, sitework construction, or related civil construction disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of sitework operations, production tracking, scheduling, and project controls.
- Experience managing project billing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing project documentation and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with wet utility construction is highly preferred.

- Base compensation up to $130k (depending on previous experience)
- Hybrid work schedule - only two mandatory days in office
