Job Description
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve construction-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
