Job Description

• Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Provide regular updates to the Superintendent and project management team.
• Help manage schedules, materials, and resources effectively.
• Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized job site.

A Successful Assistant Superintendent Should Have

• Experience with ground-up construction, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
