Job Description
The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of renovation and tenant improvement projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.
- Lead day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
- Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met
- Manage work within occupied and operational facilities while minimising disruption
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and planning activities
- Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
For the Commercial Superintendent - Renovation & Interiors we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Experience in the aviation sector, particularly working for a governmental entity within an operating airport environment
- Strong background delivering renovation, redevelopment, or tenant improvement projects
- Experience managing projects in occupied facilities or operational environments
- Aviation project experience within active airport environments is highly desirable
- Experience working on projects for governmental or public-sector entities is preferred
- Alternatively, significant renovation/TI experience for financial institutions, banking environments, or similar corporate facilities will be strongly considered
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety requirements, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project momentum
