Job Description
The Commercial Superintendent will take ownership of field operations from project startup through closeout, partnering closely with Project Managers and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead day-to-day site operations across renovation and tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain and drive project schedules while proactively resolving field challenges
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage construction activities within occupied and operational facilities with minimal disruption
- Conduct site meetings, progress updates, and short-term planning sessions
- Support the successful delivery of projects on schedule and within budget expectations

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant: For the Superintendent - Tenant Improvement & Renovation we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects
- Strong background managing projects in occupied or operational environments
- Experience within aviation facilities, airports, government-owned assets, or similarly complex operational settings is highly preferred
- Alternatively, significant tenant improvement experience within financial institutions, banking environments, or highly regulated commercial facilities will be strongly considered
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify and solve field-related issues while maintaining project momentum
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and project outcomes
