We are seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a $12M ground-up affordable housing development consisting of 20 residential units in the Malden area. This individual will manage all onsite construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive the project through successful completion while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Description
- Lead all field operations for a ground-up multifamily construction project from mobilization through closeout.
- Manage daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and project sequencing.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address challenges impacting timelines.
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate inspections, quality control processes, and turnover activities.
- Collaborate closely with project management and executive leadership teams.
- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Drive productivity while maintaining high construction quality standards.
- Support future ground-up commercial and retail projects as opportunities arise across the portfolio.
Profile
- 5-10 years of construction superintendent experience, ideally with ground-up projects.
- Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite throughout Greater Boston.
- Experience delivering projects valued up to $40M is a plus.
