Work hard / play hard environment strong comp real growth opportunity.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels at driving project success, mentoring team members, managing financial performance, and building long-term client relationships.

Description

• Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously in various stages
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, and overall execution
• Handle buyout, subcontractor management, and change orders
• Collaborate closely with Project Executives and field teams
• Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships
• Work cross-functionally with internal support staff for submittals and documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Profile

• 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave
• Background in TI and/or light ground-up projects preferred
• Procore experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Job Offer

• $100,000 - $140,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
