Job Description
- Support quality assurance activities to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting production processes to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with the research and development, quality and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality assurance reports and records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements within the FMCG industry.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful R&D Quality Assurance Associate Should Have
- A background in quality assurance, research and development, laboratory or relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Previous experience in a co-op or relevant employment.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant Bachelors Degree (Biological Science, Food Science or Chemistry).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Use of PowerBI and other insight tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation.
- An hourly pay rate between $18.00 and $20.00, based on experience.
