Hill International is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a $500 million project in Warren, New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Manage the on-site QA process in conjunction with the contractor’s QC staff
- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site, including Oversee the client’s Inspection staff, as well as special inspections and material testing on-site
- Monitor and report on daily construction activities and quality performance
- Evaluate the progress of construction and ensure corrective action is implemented to resolve problems or field-related construction issues and any non-conformance matters in a timely and effective manner, while assessing impacts on program cost and schedule
- Conduct routine quality program meetings with contractor and client team to report on quality progress
- Direct functional responsibilities and works schedules of quality assurance personnel
- Monitor compliance with contract requirements
- Experience managing and supervising team members
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Experience on federal construction projects is preferred
- Proficiency with standard office software and construction management tools
- Construction quality certifications beneficial (CQM, ICC, etc.)
- Must work full-time on-site in Warren, NJ
