Job Description
- Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System to support business and operational goals
- Own nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation activities
- Act as the primary quality contact for customers, leading issue resolution and audit interactions
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Establish and track quality KPIs, using data to drive sustainable improvements
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability and product quality
- Lead internal, supplier, and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness and effective follow-up
- Develop, coach, and lead the Quality team while promoting a strong quality-first culture across the site
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in ISO 9000 or equivalent quality systems
- Proven experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC, PDCA)
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools, KPIs, audits, and process improvement
- Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate effectively
