Job Description
- Logistics and construction planning
- Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
- Review and approve change orders and RFIs
- Review documentation from PEs and APMs
- Client and architect communication
- Lead weekly OAC meetings with the Superintendent and Project Executive
- Emphasize safety in the field
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience with education projects (open to experience in healthcare, municipal, higher education, and pharma as well)
- Ability to oversee multiple processes and projects at once
- Ability to work directly with clients and owners
- Strong budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling skills (PM owns the budget and the Super owns the schedule)
- Connections and a network in the Indy market
- Procore experience
- BS degree in construction management or similar
- A competitive base salary between $110,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
