Description
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
- Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits while ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
- Oversee nonconformance investigations, MRB activities, and root cause corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to quality inspectors and technicians across all stages of production.
- Champion continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies.
- Ensure accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and complete product traceability.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns and improve performance.
- Support supplier quality initiatives, including supplier evaluations and corrective action management.
- Develop and present quality metrics and KPI reporting to leadership, driving data-based decision making.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated quality leadership experience within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), ISO 9001, NADCAP, and related quality standards.
- Experience leading audits and working with regulatory requirements such as FAA and EASA.
- Expertise in GD&T and advanced quality tools including RCCA, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience utilizing ERP and Quality Management software systems.
- Proven leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
