Job Description
The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project planning, documentation, and execution across multiple jobs
- Review contracts and drawings to ensure alignment with scope and requirements
- Manage subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administration
- Own project financials including cost tracking, forecasts, and margin performance
- Prepare monthly reports, cost projections, and owner pay applications
- Oversee schedules in collaboration with Superintendents to ensure timely delivery
- Manage change orders, compliance, safety, and quality control processes
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Manager Role We Are Seeking
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven track record delivering ground-up projects ($5M-$30M range preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contracts
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel regionally
- Competitive salary: $95,000 - $125,000
