- Lead and collaborate with design leaders and project teams across all phases of project delivery
- Provide technical expertise, including building systems integration, detailing, and code compliance
- Contribute to and guide design development, ensuring alignment between concept, documentation, and execution
- Mentor emerging professionals and support team growth and development
- Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal disciplines to advance cohesive design solutions
- Maintain awareness of project scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 10 years of architectural experience
- Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strong design aptitude and built project experience
- Excellent technical knowledge, including building systems and code expertise
- Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp preferred
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience and location: $95,000 - $125,000.
