Job Description
- Oversee all phases of mixed commercial construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders and clients.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to achieve cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance.
