Job Description
- Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from construction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project reporting
- Coordinate with field teams to maintain quality and safety standards
- Lead client communication and ensure project milestones are achieved

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 for a Project Manager | $100,000-$120,000 for a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to advance
