Job Description
- Support the Project Manager in managing multifamily mid-rise projects from start to finish
- Assist with budgeting, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Track project schedules, cost reports, and project documentation
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings

- 2 years of construction project management experience
- Multifamily experience preferred, mid-rise exposure highly desirable
- Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and construction documentation
- Organized communicator comfortable working with field and office teams
- Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role in the near term
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
