Job Description
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or challenges.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Engineer Should Have
- Bachelors Degree (construction management, engineering, or construction related preferred)
- 2 years of construction experience
- Experience with construction project coordination and management.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Competitive base salary up to $95,000
