Job Description
- Manage all phases of a $70M ground-up high-rise construction project
- Oversee budget, schedule, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication
- Coordinate preconstruction, project planning, and site logistics activities
- Drive safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout delivery

- 8 years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects
- Track record managing projects valued at $50M preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
- Experience operating in active urban environments with complex logistics
- Base salary up to $160K, depending on experience
