Job Description
The Project Engineer Will:
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Track project schedules, budgets, and progress updates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Support procurement and material tracking
- Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in commercial construction (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Procore; familiarity with construction software is a plus
- Familiar with drawings & submittals
- Field experience is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Competitive base salary between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on level of experience
