The ideal candidate has a proven track record overseeing complex ground-up projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, leading field teams, and ensuring successful project execution from mobilization through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and project personnel.
- Maintain and enforce project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every project.
- Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings and weekly scheduling meetings.
- Review drawings and identify potential conflicts before they impact the schedule.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate project progress to the Project Manager and leadership team.
- Manage site logistics, manpower planning, and material deliveries.
- Foster positive working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- 8 years of Superintendent experience managing large commercial construction projects.
- Mission Critical/Data Center experience is required.
- Experience leading large-scale ground-up mission critical/data center projects is required. Experience on projects valued at $100M is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and complex building systems.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on fast-paced, schedule-driven projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
