We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that drive real business impact. This role owns projects from start to finish—keeping timelines, budgets, and teams aligned to deliver results.

Job Details
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that drive real business impact. This role owns projects from start to finish—keeping timelines, budgets, and teams aligned to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and performance
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource allocation
- Partner with cross-functional teams across locations
- Identify risks and drive solutions proactively
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and leadership
- Track progress and provide regular updates
- Ensure accountability across project teams
- Support process improvements and best practices
- 5 years of project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI or similar)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking tools
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-based environments
- Background working across multiple business units
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed
- Up to 25% travel
- Mix of office and occasional site-based work
