Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and other relevant codes for multifamily projects.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
