DOB Superintendent
- Oversee all aspects of new construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site, including supervising subcontractors and trades.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure construction activities align with project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor site progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
- Maintain compliance with DOB regulations and local building codes.
