Our client is a manufacturer specialized in custom-designed HVAC equipment and environmental control systems. They are vertically positioned in the market to control the entire sales process - from design and engineering to manufacturing and sales. Their company flow allows them to ensure proper quality control, faster than competitors turnaround times, and alignment with specific customer needs.

Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Profile

  • 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC space - Required
  • Experience leading a team or management experience - Required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to drive in territory - Required
  • This is a regional role but candidates must have ability to leave country - Required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Job Offer

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD. - First year-18 months is guaranteed base bonus
