Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and provide tailored business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Profile
- 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC space - Required
- Experience leading a team or management experience - Required
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to drive in territory - Required
- This is a regional role but candidates must have ability to leave country - Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Job Offer
