What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager Omaha position at Rusty Taco | Omaha?
We are currently looking for an experienced food service professional to manage our Rusty Taco in Omaha, NE. The general manager will oversee all store operations including hiring, training, HR, cash management, inventory management, store cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. The general manager will manage a staff of up to 15 employees, and will have full authority of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS
Rusty Taco is a fast casual restaurant featuring street style tacos. We prepare everything in house including all sauces, rubs, meats, and salsas. This is a fast paced job with an emphasis on putting out great tasting freshly prepared product for each customer.
