Job Description
- Manage daily operations and activities on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and project managers.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

- A strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.
- Ground up new construction experience on projects north of $10M.
- Projects in retail, municipal, education, and vertical hospitality / multifamily.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
