Job Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient site operations.
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
