Job Description
The Project Manager - Interiors - DC Metro will:
- Own and manage interior construction projects ranging from $1M-$20M across office, retail, education, government, and other interior sectors
- Develop, maintain, and fully own project schedules, serving as the primary point of accountability for schedule performance
- Independently manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and full change order administration
- Generate, negotiate, issue, and execute client‑facing change orders
- Lead Owner‑Architect‑Contractor (OAC) meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking
- Oversee project execution at both a strategic and day‑to‑day level, stepping in as needed to ensure project success
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and owners to proactively solve problems
- Use Procore's Financial Management Module to manage project costs and reporting
The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Interiors - DC Metro will have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading interior construction projects
- Proven experience managing multiple interior project types simultaneously
- Hands‑on experience with Procore, specifically the Financial Management module
- Demonstrated ownership of project schedules and project financials
- Experience working on private‑sector interiors and/or local government projects
