Job Description

  • Own full project scheduling: develop, maintain, update, and lead all schedule‑related discussions.
  • Manage project financials, including administering, issuing, negotiating, and signing client‑facing change orders.
  • Lead OAC meetings with independence, including agenda setting, meeting minutes, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee interiors projects ranging from office and retail to government, education, and specialty spaces between $1M-$20M.
  • Utilize Procore's Financial Management module for budget tracking and project administration.
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands‑on daily project tasks to keep work progressing smoothly.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to drive schedules, budget adherence, and problem solving.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Interior PM Should Have

  • A strong background in construction management within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading interiors projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules independently.
  • Proven success handling change order processes from creation through negotiation and execution.
  • Strong experience running OAC meetings with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in Procore Financials.
  • Background in interiors across multiple sectors (office, retail, restaurant, government, education, etc.).
