Job Description
Assistant Project Manager
- Assist in managing custom home and luxury new construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare, review, and track RFIs and submittals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring construction progress and resolving on-site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure their vision is achieved.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
- Generalo knowledge of Building and Construction codes
