The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury/Historical Renovations will be a pivotal hire - and will be an immediate help within the team.
Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Support in resolving any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks or conflicts.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
