The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury/Historical Renovations will be a pivotal hire - and will be an immediate help within the team.

Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related challenges effectively.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
