Support Project Managers on interior and gut renovation construction projects
Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate subcontractors and track schedules and deliverables
Participate in site meetings and assist with QA/QC efforts
Gain exposure to select ground-up projects as the division continues to expand

Description
- Support Project Managers on interior and gut renovation construction projects

Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction (interiors/renovations preferred)
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree required
- Ideal for a Project Engineer straight out of college with relevant internships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a stable GC environment
Job Offer
- Base salary: $75K-$95K
- Year-end bonus target of 15%
