Our client in Miami (33186) seeks a Professional HR Generalist to serve as the primary point of contact for most HR maters across their organization.
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and employer branding to onboarding top-tier talent
- Lead employee relations with confidence and care handling investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders
- Build and implement HR infrastructure, including policies, SOPs, and scalable processes to support growth
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies that strengthen culture across all locations
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and expansion plans
- Oversee and support performance management processes, leadership coaching, and team development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of policies across all sites
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems (ADP), employee records, and organizational reporting
- Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy in coordination with finance
- Develop training, onboarding, and development programs that set employees up for success
- Use data and insights to inform compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (Generalist or higher)
- Proven ability to operate independently and lead HR initiatives
- Experience working in fast-growing, multi-site environments (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
