About the Role
The HR Generalist serves as a key administrator for core human resources functions and workforce management activities. This role supports recruiting coordination, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, leave and attendance tracking, employee engagement, and HR systems and records management.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The HR Generalist partners with leaders and employees to address HR-related needs, resolve issues, and improve processes that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

- Coordinate and administer key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Support recruiting activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Track and support leave of absence, attendance, and other workforce management processes
- Partner with HR team members and business leaders to support day-to-day operational needs
