Community Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient-centered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing healthcare team.

Working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive care and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive patient evaluations
 • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions
 • Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida regulations and physician collaboration requirements
 • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
 • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and test results
 • Counsel patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle modifications
 • Ensure patients meet appropriate medical admission and treatment criteria
 • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
 • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
 • Participate in quality assurance and clinical documentation improvement initiatives
 • Support utilization review and billing documentation processes
 • Provide clinical guidance and oversight to Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, and other support staff
 • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare partners to ensure continuity of care
 • Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational policies regarding patient care, safety, and privacy
 • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) required
 • Minimum of five (2) years of experience as a licensed APRN preferred
 • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
 • Knowledge of current healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
 • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems
 • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
 • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
 • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
 • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
 • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
 • Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Creole preferred
