What You’ll Do:
• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Check patients in and out for their appointments
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Collect copayments and provide receipts when needed
• Communicate with providers, medical assistants, and other departments
• Maintain an organized and professional front office
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment
• Medical office experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
