Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Our client is a Boutique Law Firm based in Miami, looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee accounting for the growing firm.

Duties:

• Your primary responsibilities will focus on managing the daily accounting/bookkeeping process for rapidly growing Law Office
• Coordinate the monthly and year-end financial close on a timely basis.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports
• Process Payroll
• Assist with Billing and Pre-Billing
• Other duties as required

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a similar position
• Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and, in a team, setting.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills, essential
• QuickBooks accounting software is a strong plus, must be able to use Microsoft Office products
