Job Description:
Our client is a rapidly growing Law Firm based in Miami, has an immediate opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee accounting.
Duties:
- Your primary responsibilities will focus on managing the daily accounting/bookkeeping process for rapidly growing Law Office
- Coordinate the monthly and year-end financial close on a timely basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports
- Process Payroll
- Ensure all tax and business licenses are paid timely
- Other duties as required
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a similar position
- Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and, in a team, setting.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills, essential
- QuickBooks accounting software is a strong plus, must be able to use Microsoft Office products
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
