Global Organization in Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. seeks highly technically skilled Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client will allow you to develop your skillls and grow. You will play a critical role in the successful implementation of Esker (new AP Software); serving as a primary AP specialist to test, configure, and optimize new system while ensuring continuit of daily payable oeprations, including invoice processing, 1099 processe, GL Code; and of course strong AP Processing knowledge
- Process, verify, and code a high volume of vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Manage payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and ensure timely disbursements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and address inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., 1099s).
- Checking Balances & Cash Applications would be a strong plus
