We are seeking a Business Office Support Coordinator to support our back-end revenue cycle operations. This role focuses on sorting and opening all incoming mail, mailing paper claims, submitting medical records and appeals, tracking USPS deliveries, documenting account notes, and preparing remote deposits. This position supports the Senior RCM Manager and collaborates with backend RCM teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant support.
This is an in office role based out of West Bloomfield, MI, with 5 days on site required.

What You’ll Do
- Open, sort, and distribute all incoming mail.
- Scan and upload all paper EOB’s and prior Authorizations.
- Mail paper claims to payers in compliance with submission timelines.
- Send medical records with USPS tracking, while adding detailed account notes to reflect all records mailed and documentation provided.
- Prepare remote bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Managing Payer website access for all RCM staff across all MVC clinics.
- Assist with clerical functions such as scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
- Support a high-volume RCM team while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle or facility billing office experience.
- Strong familiarity with insurance portals
- High attention to detail
- Comfort navigating Patient accounting systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
