Cashiering Supervisor

We are seeking a Cashiering Supervisor to support our Patient Financial Services (PFS) operations, reporting to the Sr. Manager of PFS. This role focuses on reviewing daily payment files, assisting with posting payments, researching missing EOB's, signing up for EFT & ERA enrollments and completing the monthly bank reconciliations.

What You'll Do

• Daily review of bank download files ensuring accurate payment posting, adjustments and denial postings.
• Assist with daily review and posting of paper remit files.
• Completing ERA & EFT and enrollment applications.
• Posting and research of any patient funding sources.
• Researching missing remits and/or payments.
• Overseeing of the offshore posting team to ensure compliance with KPI targets, perform regular audits, and training.
• Assistance with posting of patient payments.
• Completion of month end reconciliation process.
• Creation and Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for the posting processes.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare Cash posting experience.
• Two (2) years Accounting general ledger reconciliation process.
• Two (2) years prior supervisory experience.
• Experience in working with a multi facility in a multi-state setting is preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret CMS 1500 and EOB's
• Strong familiarity with insurance portals
• High attention to detail
• Comfort navigating Patient accounting systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience working with offshore partners.
