Our client is seeking a PE licensed Water/Wastewater Group Leader to lead their team in Philadelphia, NJ. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful water and wastewater infrastructure projects while collaborating across multiple regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction
- Oversee planning, design, and delivery of W/WW projects
- Serve as technical authority on water/wastewater systems
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain client relationships; pursue and secure new projects
- Collaborate with regional managers in PA, MD, NC, and other offices
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting innovation and professional growth
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field (ABET-accredited)
- PE license (NJ required)
- 10 years of W/WW design, engineering, and PM experience, with 5 in leadership
- Strong knowledge of NJ codes and regulations
- Proven track record in business development and team management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
