Our client is seeking a PE licensed Municipal Wastewater Project Manager to join their expanding Pensacola, FL office. This role offers the chance to work on critical water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure projects while building long-term career growth in a supportive, employee-owned firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design of pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities
- Perform hydraulic evaluations, calculations, and plan/profile drafting
- Assist with permitting, field investigations, and construction-phase services
- Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
- Stay current with local utility standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 2 years of water/wastewater design experience
- EI certification required; PE preferred (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months)
- Familiarity with Civil3D, hydraulic modeling, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: 5 years of design experience, permitting expertise in Florida, and proficiency with Civil3D/Revit.
