This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding field operations, enforcing high quality standards, and ensuring project performance on complex structural builds. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in managing structural scopes (concrete, steel, etc.), strong collaboration skills, and the drive to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Oversee all field operations for structural projects, including concrete, steel, and related scopes
- Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance across trades and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project leadership, design teams, and client representatives on technical execution
- Lead, mentor, and manage field staff and subcontractors to deliver high performance
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural construction supervision or project-level field leadership
