Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pharmaceutical services and process prescriptions accurately.
• Offer counseling on healthcare, medications, and wellness programs.
• Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach activities.
• Guide and model customer service approaches for pharmacy staff.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, PHI, and other regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and patient relationship building.
• Strong adaptability, community engagement, and compliance focus.
