Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, accurately dispenses prescriptions, and counsels patients on healthcare and medication needs. They administer immunizations and support community outreach initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical services with expertise in best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and healthcare partners.
• Adapt to diverse patient needs and address various medical concerns.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, and completion of an immunization training program are required. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in pharmaceutical care, excellent relationship-building skills, adaptability, enthusiasm for community engagement, and compliance commitment.
